Rule 73
Alternative arrangements can be made
Regardless of what is written elsewhere in this regulation, the Office of the Comptroller General of Accounts may make necessary arrangements so that the operation of the bond amount of all the offices in the district is conducted in a unified manner through the Treasury and Accounts Controller's Office of the respective district or to make other alternative arrangements.
